Originally from Rexburg, Dr. Mangan received his A.S. degree from Ricks College with emphasis in EMS/Paramedic studies and his undergraduate degree in Biology at Idaho State University prior to being accepted to the Lake Erie College of Medicine in Pennsylvania. Upon completion of medical school, he attended residency at ISU Family Medicine Residency in Pocatello Idaho.

His Interest includes Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Work Comp, and assisting patients with disability needs. While pursuing his undergraduate degree, he was extremely fortunate to be amongst professionals throughout eastern Idaho while working as Critical Care Paramedic for Portneuf Life Flight and Emergency Department and also Madison County EMS/Fire Department for over 7 years. Career highlights include co-founder of Comprehensive Primary Care and Wellness Center, Deputy Medical Director for Idaho National Lab, and volunteering for the 2002 Winter Olympics Medical Team. For the last 3 years he has been practicing in East Idaho for the Idaho National Laboratory and Medical Director for the INL Fire dept.

He is surrounded by family in the East Idaho Area including his beautiful wife Lisa, 3 sons, 1 daughter, and 1 step daughter whom he says are the light of his life. He looks forward to practicing in the East Idaho area, and feels we have assembled the greatest team of providers in all of East Idaho.
